Payment

Payment is made using PayPal or BACS transfer.

Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of despatch.

Delivery Charges

UK delivery charges are calculated at the checkout.  International delivery charges are not calculated on this website.

For International sales, please contact me before purchase so I can obtain a shipping quote for you. Once you have agreed to your international shipping charge, full payment for the ceramic and international shipping charge must be made and cleared, prior to despatch. Please note that customers are responsible for any import charges or duties that may be incurred.

Local free pickup from TR13: If you live in, or are visiting Cornwall and would like to collect your ceramic, please choose the free pickup option at the checkout and contact me to arrange pickup details.

Product descriptions

All my ceramics are individually made by me and are unique. All sizes quoted are approximate and are measured at the widest point.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order prior to the order despatch, please contact me as soon as possible.If the order has been despatched, you will need to follow the returns policy set out below.

Returns and Refunds

I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase.

However, if you live within the UK and have placed and paid for your order with me in a personal capacity and not as a business, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery of your order. You are obliged to inform me in writing, within this time-frame, of your wish to cancel. This right to cancel does not extend to items that have been produced to your requirements or to special order items.

If you wish to make a return, please contact me in writing within the fourteen days to tell me why you wish to return the ceramic. I will then issue you with a unique returns number. For a refund, all returns must be accompanied by my unique returns number issued by me. Items must be returned unused, arrive undamaged and in the original packaging, within 14 days of cancellation of your order. Please ensure that the ceramic is packed and labeled adequately as I cannot accept liability for returning goods being lost or damaged in transit.

I am unable to offer free returns, and therefore the return delivery costs are non-refundable.

I will only accept returns from customers that have informed me first in writing and which are accompanied by my unique returns number. I will not accept any order cancellations that are simply returned to me.

Breakages

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within two days.  I will then contact you with a direct email address, as I will require a photograph of the packaging and of the damage to the item.

As all my ceramics are individually made and unique I may not be able to replace like for like, however I will do my utmost to try and supply you with a suitable replacement or issue a refund.

Packing / Recycling

I recycle boxes and packaging material as much as possible to reduce my carbon footprint and landfill.  Most plastic bubblewrap, fill beads or plastic air bubbles in your delivery will have been kept from previous deliveries for re-use. Purchase of new bubblewrap will be kept to an absolute minimum.
