Description
A handbuilt shell dish which can be used for salt and pepper or pins or rings! It has a double dipped glaze on the upper surface and the bottom is white unglazed clay inlaid with black slip and finished with a coat of beaswax from the Lizard Peninsula and buffed to a sheen. Height 2cm. Width 9.5cm. Depth 7cm. Do not soak in water but clean with a damp cloth and you can rewax the underside when needed.
