Zawn 7: Carn Naun. Zawn is Cornish for a deep and narrow sea inlet or a cave into which the tide flows. There are so many stunning caves close to my studio which provide an abundance of inspiration for my Zawn collection.
Hand built in black clay with glazed hole and textured and glazed detail on reclaimed oak plinth. H41cm (Including plinth) W20cm D10cm
This piece has now been sold by the Penwith Gallery, St Ives, Cornwall. Show running between 5th November ’22 and 8th January ’23.
